Chargeback Policy

- Potential legal action to recover funds and associated fees
Refund Policy

Coin Purchase Terms
Risk Acknowledgment
By purchasing coins through Cerulean Scripts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- All coin purchases are non-refundable in the event of an account ban. This applies regardless of when or why the ban occurs.
- You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with purchasing coins from any store, including Cerulean Scripts.
- All coin listings on our platform are considered donations towards Cerulean Scripts and not direct exchanges for real money, in compliance with Hypixel's Terms of Service and Mojang's EULA.
Delivery Terms
- Coin fulfillment times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as server status, player availability, and market conditions may affect delivery times.
- You may request a refund if your order has not been fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we cannot fulfill within our standard delivery window.
Additional Terms
